Job Summary
This role plays a critical part in bringing our purpose to life by providing exceptional patient care and support to our communities. As a District Support Pharmacist-PT, you will be responsible for leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead with empathy and compassion, display genuine care for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
- Motivate, inspire, and develop your team by maximizing strengths, addressing development opportunities, and decreasing knowledge gaps
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to developing solutions to drive growth and improve performance
- Implement solutions, lead your team to achieve specified goals, adapt to change, and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting

Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances

Pay Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $57.00-$70.00 per hour.
