Healthcare Leader for Liver Care Unit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager to lead our Comprehensive Liver Care Unit - ICU at VCU Health. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of unit operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Leadership and mentorship of nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • 5 years of relevant clinical experience, with 2 years of progressive leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Current RN licensure in Virginia; AHA BLS certification required
