Job Title: Associate Director - Social Strategy

Copacino Fujikado is a Seattle-based creative agency known for our strategic and innovative approach to advertising. We're seeking a highly skilled Associate Director - Social Strategy to lead and develop breakthrough social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Social Strategy: Serve as the go-to expert on social media strategy for our clients.
  • Platform Expertise: Leverage social media platforms strategically to meet and exceed brand goals.
  • Innovative Campaigns: Drive forward-thinking social strategies and creative communications.
  • Collaborative Work: Partner with strategy, account, creative, and media teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Influencer Management: Define and manage influencer strategies to align with campaign goals.
  • Insight Analysis: Conduct social listening, analyze results, and connect them to broader business objectives.
  • Thought Leadership: Produce reports on social media innovations and contribute to agency content.

Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years in a creative or media agency or in-house brand team.
  • Expertise in social and digital media channels.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
