Associate Director Medical Science Liaison

About the RoleThe Associate Director Medical Science Liaison will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with external experts in the field of Gastroenterology/Immunology. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our Medical Science Liaison program.
Responsibilities- Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge in the therapeutic area of Gastroenterology/Immunology.
- Excel at customer engagement and support medical/scientific information needs of scientific experts.
- Synthesize complex data and expertly communicate meaningful clinical insights and unanswered customer questions to Lilly Medical and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization skills to improve efficiency and implement a strategic territory plan.
- Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field) required with 2-3 years of relevant clinical or therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Master's or bachelor's level degree in health sciences (e.g. BSN, RPh, PA, or NP) will be considered with 5 or more years of clinical, research, or industry (medical/scientific role) experience in a relevant therapeutic area.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees, including a competitive salary range of $144,000 to $211,200, a company bonus, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
