Job Title: Associate Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our US team, particularly in the defense sector. You will work closely with clients to advise on large and complex infrastructure projects, as well as defense sector business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the expansion of the US team, particularly in the defense sector
  • Work with clients to advise on large and complex infrastructure projects
  • Conduct assessments of client organizations' maturity with respect to program and project delivery frameworks
  • Provide recommendations to improve and optimize the delivery of programs and projects
  • Understand organizational strategy and planning, and support clients with the development of new operating models
  • Provide advice on the establishment of Project Management Office (PMO) structures
  • Support the conduct of risk management workshops and framework development
  • Provide organizational and strategic leadership best practices to client senior leadership
  • Support the emerging US defense sector initiative and business generation opportunities
  • Lead programs and/or projects within the infrastructure sector
  • Work in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Deliver solutions and provide advice to senior organizational leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management
  • 6 years of experience in job offered or 6 years of experience in the Related Occupation
