About the Job:

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a skilled Veterinary Client Coordinator to join our team. As a critical member of our hospital staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client service, streamlining the flow of clients and pets, and optimizing the productivity of our veterinary medical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate with clients and pets to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Utilize knowledge of hospital services and policies to educate clients on optimal pet care and promote hospital offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary medical team to coordinate patient care and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of veterinary medicine and animal behavior preferred.

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $75,000 per year
