Atorus Research is a leading provider of statistical computing environment (SCE) projects, and we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee client implementations.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will possess excellent project management skills, with experience in leading multifunctional teams in clinical trial/research, data management/EDC, and software technology development disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage internal or client-facing IT infrastructure/services projects, including creation of project plans and timelines.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with customer expectations and facilitating decision-making.
  • Manage assigned projects from original concept through final implementation and completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure key documentation is prepared throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply proper IT processes and methods, such as SDLC, and application, technical, development, and architecture policies and standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a clinical trial/research, data management/EDC, and/or software technology development discipline, with leadership experience in multifunctional teams.
  • Minimum 1 year of MS Project experience in a project management role within an information technology industry or clinical research industry.
  • Familiarity with project management standards and methodologies, including Solutions Delivery Life Cycle/Methodology, PMI Body of Knowledge, Waterfall, and Agile.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload and deliverables, make decisions in cases of ambiguity, and coordinate and plan with global counterparts.

  • Able to effectively communicate project status to internal and client teams and management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The salary may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
