About the Role

The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for driving the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity, and coordinating care in a friendly and efficient manner. This includes welcoming clients and pets, educating them about their pet's health, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services
  • Rout the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care
  • Maximize the number of pets seen by the veterinary medical team
  • Provide professional and efficient service at all times
  • Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventative care, and pet health needs

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year related experience required with customer service preferred
  • Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred

Salary Estimate: $40,000 - $50,000 per year based on location and experience.
