Job Description

Vuori, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Operations Project Manager to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of the Operations strategy within the company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process improvement, and technology implementation. They will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives for Operations.

The Operations Project Manager will work cross-functionally with departments to drive process improvement, implement new technologies, and manage change. They will also be responsible for creating and presenting project documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Drive and support projects to completion on time and within budget
  • Partner with the Technology team to support and execute technology implementations
  • Identify, analyze, and optimize existing operational processes
  • Implement process changes that lead to measurable improvements in quality, speed, and overall operational effectiveness
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights that lead to informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets and draw actionable insights
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
