Aerotek is seeking a skilled Production Operations Specialist to support catheter assembly operations in our Carlsbad, California facility.
Key Responsibilities- Support catheter assembly operations through back-end process inspections in the cleanroom and warehouse.
- Perform duties outside of cleanroom, including quality inspection of packaging, labels, final inspection of documentation, and cycle counts of raw materials.
- Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements.
- Successfully complete training on production tasks and understand travelers/routers, materials identification, microscope use, and production/inspection tools and equipment.
- Operate tools & equipment and complete documentation as required.
- Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Work directly with Engineers/Supervisors to ensure product integrity/quality is met at all times.
- Work with Engineers to develop process documentation.
- Perform inventory counts and other duties as assigned.
- Cleanroom operations experience.
- Assembly experience, preferably on medical devices or electronics.
- Warehouse material inspections.
- Quality related documentation ability.
- Final Testing.
- Cycle counts.
- Documentation checks.
- Label inspections.
- Microscope Assembly.
- Catheter Assembly.
- Inspection.
- SOP.
- Line Clearance.
- Working with adhesives (different Loctite).
- EFD dispensers and UV curing system.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Communication Skills.
- Team Oriented.
This is a fully on-site position in Carlsbad, California.
2nd shift - 2:40 - 11:10pm
