Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and ESG guidelines, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Lead multi-disciplinary projects, implementing actions and assessing results to drive business growth.
- Design and implement Key Performance Indicators to measure production performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and good manufacturing practices.
- Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Requirements
- BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Operations Coordinator.
- Production equipment experience, including reactors, agitation, vacuum pumps, and vacuum ovens.
- Able to lift 50 pounds.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, oral presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
