Sales and Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team at SlingShot Connections. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing referring partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing referring partners.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely marketing reports.
- Conduct regular sales routes to prospect new clients and build relationships with existing ones.
- Manage and update the CRM Sales Database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Plan and facilitate successful marketing events that align with our business goals.
- Create engaging sales route gift bags to leave a lasting impression.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and partnerships roles.
- Proven track record of success in building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
