About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a High Fidelity Wraparound Program Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to youth and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate youth, families, and community members about the Wraparound process and its benefits.
  • Provide education and assistance in navigating the child-serving systems, including child welfare, education, behavioral/mental health, and juvenile justice.
  • Support others working with the youth to understand youth culture and develop healthy relationships.
  • Assist youth in understanding and expressing their needs, goals, and decisions.
  • Role model effective behavior and demonstrate positive social skills.
  • Help youth learn self-advocacy skills and promote healthy relationships that support social skills development.
  • Schedule face-to-face meetings with families to prepare for Wraparound Child & Family Team meetings.
  • Attend meetings as requested by youth and families.
  • Complete required reports and paperwork.
  • Report any dangerous situations to the proper authorities and follow agency reporting policies.
  • Collaborate with Wraparound Coach/Supervisor and Wraparound Facilitator to strengthen team rapport and overcome challenges.
Requirements
  • Life experiences as a beneficiary of mental health or substance abuse services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to work in a non-traditional schedule based on youth and family availability.
  • Knowledge of community resources and experience with local resources.
  • Ability to complete required training and certifications.
