Position Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a Client Services Associate II for a reputable local healthcare organization. This position emphasizes exceptional customer support, with the organization recognized among the top three in its sector. The company is dedicated to community engagement, prioritizing member satisfaction and employee development, while expanding its service offerings.

As the primary contact for members, providers, and other stakeholders, the Client Services Associate establishes the initial impression and shapes the customer journey. Key responsibilities include handling inquiries and resolving issues, which may involve collaboration with various departments or external partners. This dynamic role demands analytical thinking, compassion, emotional intelligence, outstanding writing abilities, and superior customer service expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing incoming inquiries regarding members' eligibility, benefits, provider details, monthly premium billing, medical claims, status updates, and clinical or pharmacy requirements.
  • Facilitating member plan adjustments, including changes to Primary Care Providers and support with clinical or pharmacy-related inquiries.
  • Meticulously documenting and directing appeals and grievances in accordance with departmental protocols and assisting with research and resolution.
  • Investigating and confirming claims and/or billing discrepancies, adhering to departmental procedures and policies to resolve these matters within designated timelines.
  • Evaluating and reviewing member claims for accuracy while educating members on the application of their benefits.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a contact/call center environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and services is advantageous.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
  • Proven tenure and solid experience in a call center environment are essential.
  • A background in healthcare is required.

Compensation Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
