Role Overview: As a Ticket Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our fan base and corporate partnerships by driving ticket sales. This position emphasizes collaboration and competition, focusing on selling various ticket packages, including Memberships and group options. You will receive continuous training and personalized coaching to refine your sales techniques while engaging with the community to build your client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with fans and clients.
- Market and sell a comprehensive range of ticket products, including season tickets and group packages.
- Participate in community and soccer events to enhance in-person selling skills and promote our brand.
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through various communication methods.
- Identify new business opportunities through upselling and referrals.
- Reconnect with previous clients to generate additional sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries effectively.
- Conduct both digital and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Engage in grassroots marketing efforts at community events to increase brand visibility.
- Represent Metro EDGE at home games and promotional events to support sales initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambition to build a long-term career in the sports industry.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
