Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Client Services Specialist to join our dynamic team at A.P.R., Inc. (AlphaProTemps). This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Manage and resolve escalated inquiries with precision, utilizing our comprehensive knowledge base and available resources.
  • Conduct thorough research on various issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Utilize HR methodologies, principles, and protocols to execute both routine and complex assignments effectively.
  • Organize daily tasks efficiently and make informed decisions regarding work priorities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrating excellent listening and communication abilities.
  • Engage in testing phases and contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
  • Support the training of new Associate Analysts and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications

Educational Background and Experience:

  • Preferred: Associate's/Technical Degree or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree with a focus on human resources.
  • Preferred: A minimum of four years of HR experience.

Certifications:

  • Preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment and basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, web tools, benefits administration, Leaves of Absence, and talent management systems.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process enhancements.
