Position Overview

Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service. Additional duties will involve processing food orders, maintaining cleanliness in public areas, and packaging items for customers. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver enthusiastic and friendly service to all patrons.
  • Provide detailed explanations of menu offerings, respond to inquiries, and recommend additional items.
  • Ensure accurate order completion and customer transactions.
  • Input guest orders correctly into the point of sale system.
  • Process payments, operate cash registers, and manage receipts.
  • Handle cash, complimentary items, and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere.
  • Regularly clean and upkeep guest areas, including dining spaces and counters.
  • Restock supplies such as paper goods, condiments, utensils, and beverages.
  • Keep workstations organized and tidy.
  • Accurately prepare, package, and present customer orders.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in cleaning and organizing dining, service, and kitchen areas.
  • Support kitchen staff as needed.
Qualifications
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong mathematical abilities.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, or climbing, including ladder use.
  • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying of items up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.
  • Continuous hand and wrist usage for grasping and fine motor tasks.
  • Effective communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Ability to maintain effective visual and auditory perception to respond to the environment.
  • Experience working in environments with varying temperatures and exposure to food allergens.
  • Safe operation of restaurant equipment, including knives and fryers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation

USD $10.00 /Hr.
