  • Provide exceptional member service by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to member needs.
  • Promote Sam's Club products and services, including offering special promotions and discounts.
  • Assist with processing member purchases, including handling returns and exchanges.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
