About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep and lasting relationships with mid-sized and large accounts and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop effective consultative relationships with clients and key contacts during the sales process, working towards a dynamic level of Trusted-Advisor status with each client.
  • Sales and Account Management: Mastery of the full suite of Randstad USA's workforce solutions, promoting the right solutions to address client needs and ensuring that Randstad USA is positioned to fully maximize sales potential.
  • Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with subject matter experts from Randstad USA's Consulting teams to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing, and collaborate with others to develop sales proposals designed to meet individual client needs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing of services with new clients, with support from leadership, delivery, and corporate operations.
  • Market Development and Growth: Work with management to develop a strategic sales plan within assigned market territory, incorporating a land and expand approach, and attend scheduled Strategic Account calls for select clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Partner with regional/account-based delivery teams to ensure opportunities are managed efficiently and with the necessary level of priority and compliance, and take an active role in regional daily orders meetings and sprint meetings to review and assign support against open orders.
  • Opportunity Pipeline Management: Manage opportunity pipeline with internal partners and leadership, and the effort needed to pursue, nurture, and land opportunities within goals and expectations.
  • Client Expansion and Growth: Continuously invest in the development and maturation of dedicated market territory, working clients from prospect to active as efficiently as possible, and expand client relationships via all Randstad USA service lines and contract mechanisms through consultative sales meetings.
  • RFP and Proposal Management: Take an active role in all RFPs/RFIs/Proposals/MSAs that are negotiated, edited, and executed.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Record: Proven sales record closing complex sales in the solutions and staffing space within large and nationally/globally distributed customers.
  • Sales Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital, and marketing space and/or consultative sales.
  • Strategic Account Experience: Experience working with strategic accounts.
  • Communication Skills: Professional communication skills, including comfort in presenting services at all levels of a client organization and via various mediums.
  • Education: Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
