Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and maintain client relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
  • Manage and coordinate client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal colleagues and client personnel

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in client services, including account/client management and project management
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B and B2C partnerships
  • Demonstrated experience working across teams in complex matrix organizations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with project management software, such as Smartsheet
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data using reporting tools, such as Power BI or Looker
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
