Key Responsibilities of a Marketing and Promotions Specialist:
This essential position within the Marketing and Promotions team serves as a key liaison among various marketing divisions. You will engage in projects from start to finish, ensuring that both team and client objectives are met. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate our proven success, leadership, and innovative strategies through a comprehensive marketing and promotions plan in this dynamic and evolving industry. As a vital contributor to the ongoing success of our marketing and promotions consulting services, you will report directly to the CEO.

Core Duties of our Marketing and Promotions Specialists include:

  • Identifying effective marketing and promotional strategies tailored to specific local markets
  • Coordinating and managing promotions across various regions utilizing marketing tools and systems provided by senior team members
  • Employing a data-driven approach. Monitoring marketing and consumer metrics, suggesting enhancements for improved effectiveness, and delivering detailed activity and outcome reports
  • Demonstrating strong organizational capabilities, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Building consumer relationships by thoroughly presenting our clients' marketing offerings, assisting them in selecting customized packages
Desirable Qualifications for a Marketing and Promotions Specialist:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or business development
  • A passion for analyzing products, customers, and market trends; a strong interest in industry advancements and innovative marketing practices
