We are seeking a Systems Engineer with at least 11 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree to enhance our enterprise video collaboration capabilities. This role involves architectural design, system evaluation, and optimization.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with a Senior Project Manager to execute technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation, while assessing alternatives based on cost, risk, and supportability.

The Systems Engineer will conduct comprehensive analysis throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring the systematic conversion of product requirements into complete system solutions and translating customer needs into hardware and software specifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with modern enterprise video capabilities architecture, including operating systems and relevant networks.
  • Proficient in analyzing, designing, and developing enterprise video solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Skilled in issue mitigation and providing detailed status updates.
  • Technical expertise in video communication networks.
  • Knowledge of Unified Communication (UC) network systems.
  • Ability to create specifications and detailed schematics for network architectures.
  • Experience with Cisco system components, including servers and communication managers.
  • Familiarity with VMWare servers.
  • Understanding of Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and H.323 communication protocols, particularly with Poly Infrastructure and Cisco SBCs.
  • Knowledge of transport layer security protocols and certificates.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trident V2CDS cross-domain solution servers.
  • Proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS Linux.
  • Skills in firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with video or UC systems such as Avaya, Microsoft, Oracle, and Polycom.
  • Certifications such as Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
  • Core hours: 9AM-2PM.
Compensation and Benefits

Full-Time Salary Range: $239,140

This range is based on market pay structures and individual salaries are influenced by various factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and candidate qualifications.
