We are currently looking for a
Senior Systems Architect - Expert (ServiceNow) to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting and implementing solutions utilizing ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITBM, and Knowledge Management
  • Assessing current systems and providing recommendations, including software development, integration, and testing
  • Engaging effectively with both technical and managerial personnel to clarify developed requirements
  • Executing System Engineering tasks as necessary to optimize efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
  • Experience in System Engineering with proven ServiceNow implementation and integration skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM toolset and its integrations
  • Designing and developing product and service catalog solutions that leverage the full capabilities of ServiceNow modules
  • Employing ServiceNow's out-of-the-box automation and integration features to create effective solutions
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - ITSM certification
  • Application Developer certification
  • Micro Certification/CAS - Performance Analytics
  • MC Service Portal certification

Job Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly U.S. Government Security clearance is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience along with a bachelor's degree -OR- 9 years of relevant work experience with a master's degree.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in networking and establishing professional relationships.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrating excellent organizational skills, and consistently meeting deadlines.

Physical Requirements: The position necessitates frequent sitting, standing, and/or mobility within an office environment. The employee must be capable of using hands to perform tasks at a workstation/computer, reaching, typing, and manipulating with hands, fingers, and arms; lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds; and having the ability to talk, see, and hear.

Work Environment:
Work is conducted in a professional office setting with moderate stress and noise levels.

The role requires the employee to effectively utilize a computer, potentially for extended periods, while accommodating frequent interruptions. The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented and adopt a collaborative approach to work.



Schedule: Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on contract requirements.
