We are seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to support a technology-driven program for a significant government client.

This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as advanced enterprise computing systems, including endpoint devices, data center-hosted servers, multi-cloud services, virtualized applications, and storage solutions.

- Comfort in engaging with all levels of personnel, from developers to senior staff.
- Understanding of complex network environments involving shared networks and multiple security enclaves.
- Ability to translate technical implementation into easily understood security terminology.

Collaborate with team members to draft additional A&A-related documents such as Contingency Plans (CP), General User Guides (GUG), Privileged User Guides (PUG), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Support A&A reviews conducted by ISSO/M and Security Controls Assessors (SCA).

Document Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) and provide all necessary artifacts, including evidence gathered from teams.

Coordinate with various contractor and staff personnel to obtain A&A content and work with customer security organizations to navigate the A&A process, achieving Authority to Develop (ATD), Interim Authority to Operate (IATT), and Authority to Operate (ATO).

Maintain awareness of the status of each A&A project within the client's A&A process to determine when re-submission for accreditation or an extension is necessary.

- Previous ISSO experience is also beneficial.
- Familiarity with various security tools and reports such as Greenlight, RoadRunner, Rapid 7, WebInspect, App Detective, and Splunk.
- Experience with public, private, and hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.).
