We are currently in search of a Senior SQL Systems Architect to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multiple domains, each supporting over 1000 users.
  • Manage user accounts, group policies, and the installation and configuration of servers and software.
  • Conduct scripting, upgrade management, and provide Tier 3 and Tier 4 operational support and troubleshooting.
  • Identify intricate issues, document them, and communicate potential resolutions to clients in a diverse IT environment that necessitates engineering solutions for both physical and virtual systems.
  • Act as a proactive self-starter, capable of monitoring existing infrastructure and coordinating necessary changes with minimal disruption to end users.
  • Play a crucial role in researching and developing a new system for the efficient distribution of updates and hotfixes across various domains.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a SQL Systems Engineer with at least 11 years in the field; a bachelor's or master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Server Operating Systems including 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, and 2019.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Extensive experience with cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM/SQL versions 1906 and above.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Understanding of image management, including creation and deployment.
  • Experience in configuring, managing, and deploying software updates.
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VB, and C#.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and execute them efficiently.
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies.
  • Experience in writing technical standards documentation and creating diagrams.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
Certifications:
  • MCSE/MCITP certification is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Pack.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell.
  • Understanding of best practices in Enterprise Networking.
Job Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly U.S. Government Security clearance is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 11 years of relevant work experience plus a bachelor's degree, or 9 years of relevant experience with a master's degree.

Physical Demands:
