Job OverviewWe are seeking highly motivated Account Executives to drive awareness, generate pipeline, and close revenue within their assigned geography. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting into large retailers, educating them on our value proposition, and developing strategic sales plans that align with customer pain points and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify large retailers to educate them on Lily AI's capabilities and value proposition
- Closing complex deals with Enterprise customers, exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the retail landscape, including strategic business objectives, challenges, and opportunities
- Managing the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to deal close, leveraging internal resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Negotiating favorable pricing and business terms with Enterprise customers
- Ensuring high forecasting accuracy and consistency
- 5+ years of experience in field sales, selling SaaS applications to Enterprise customers
- Recent experience working for an emerging tech company or selling from small to big companies
- Proven track record of quota overachievement and winning net new logos
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence customer thinking on complex business problems
- Experience selling AI/ML or E-commerce applications
- Understanding of MEDDICC sales methodology
- Ability to develop and execute Proof-of-Value (Pilot period) sales processes
Compensation is competitive and will be determined based on a combination of experience, seniority, internal, external equity, and location. For context, this position in the US would pay between $120,000 - $150,000 USD base salary per year, depending on experience and seniority. In other regions, compensation will be adjusted for local currency and local market rates.
