Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at LSA Management. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Manage employee development programs, including training and coaching
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design and change management initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multi-site environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technology
