- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
- HR Systems and Analytics: Manage HR information systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years of management experience.
- Certifications: HR Certification preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
