Job DescriptionYou'll be the driving force behind our sales success. We're not looking for your average salesperson; we want someone with charisma, energy, and a knack for turning prospects into lifelong customers. Car sales experience is a plus, but if you've got the spark, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Unleash your charm to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build epic relationships with clients, understand their dreams and desires, and match them with our amazing vehicles.
- Collaborate with our awesome team to ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a set of keys in hand.
- Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends.
- Work with our Desk Managers to serve sales proposals that make our competitors jealous.
- Proven sales experience in any industry – 2 years minimum.
- Car sales experience is a plus, but we're open to other sales rockstars who are ready to make the jump.
- Your negotiation skills should be so good they could solve world conflicts.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude – we want someone who lights up the room.
- No degree required – we're more interested in your sales swagger.
