About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retention Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in engaging new and existing members to maximize their plans based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and plans.
  • Field inbound calls and route them to the appropriate channels to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Adhere to established scripts and talking points to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by utilizing your customer service and sales background to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Determine when to escalate consumer calls to a supervisor to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all required training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Navigate multiple screens and systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
  • Comply with and understand federal and state regulations related to customer service and sales.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales, customer service, or retail experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving customer issues.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 1+ years of experience in a metric-driven and sales environment.
  • 1+ years of achieving sales and retention goals.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work evening and weekend hours.
