Retention Advocate Job Description

At #TeamGoHealthSalesIL, we're seeking a skilled Retention Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in engaging new and existing members through inbound and outbound calls, helping them maximize their plans based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily outbound calls to potential customers to promote our plans and services.
  • Field inbound calls and route them to the appropriate channels, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to scripts and required talking points as directed, providing excellent customer service to all callers.
  • Determine when to escalate consumer calls to a supervisor, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Complete all training requirements, staying up-to-date on our products and services.
  • Navigate between multiple screens and systems, efficiently managing customer interactions.
  • Comply with and understand Federal CMS and State legal standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Sales, Customer Service, or Retail experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for all callers.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • 1+ years of experience within a metric-driven and sales environment, with a focus on achieving sales and retention goals.
  • High School diploma, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service.
