Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for preparing exceptional meals in line with established menus, adhering to quality standards and health regulations while supervising kitchen staff.

Your duties will include ensuring timely meal preparation and delivery, managing portion control and inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. You may also assist with catering and special events, going above and beyond to ensure a remarkable dining experience for residents.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in culinary arts, hospitality, nutritional services, or a related field is preferred.
- ServSafe certification is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
- A minimum of five years of experience in food service operational management is necessary.
- Supervisory experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of dietary practices and food service procedures is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and current food trends is essential.
- Experience in menu planning, food cost management, purchasing, and inventory control is required.
