Compensation PackageOur competitive salary is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Behavior Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to children and their families.
- Your primary responsibilities will include working with children and their families to develop and implement personalized behavior plans.
- You will also be responsible for providing training and support to our staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of behavior analysis and intervention techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Healthcare.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in a behavioral healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
