About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Nurse Specialist to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with chronic and acute illnesses and disabilities.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Caregiving Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical needs, including their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Developing Care Plans: Create personalized care plans that address patients' unique needs and goals.
  • Providing Skilled Nursing Care: Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other skilled nursing interventions as needed.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Document patients' progress, medications, and any concerns in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN license for the state in which you practice
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a homecare or hospital setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
