Behavioral Support Specialist

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team in New Bedford, MA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support services to adults facing life challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver direct therapy and oversee the work of behavior technicians and direct support professionals
- Train and mentor staff and caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience working with adults facing life challenges
- Strong command of ABA principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
