About the Location:
A luxurious resort located on the sunny Western Coast of Oahu. Experience your own slice of paradise in Ko Olina. Our beachfront resort offers breathtaking ocean views and vibrant pools and lagoons, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience. Engage in family activities like outrigger canoe rides, enjoy the turquoise waters of our pristine beach, play a round of golf amidst waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend a day rejuvenating at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.

About the Role:

Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call/Casual Food Runner for Mina's Fish House who embodies a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Food Runner reports to the Fish House Department Manager(s) and fulfills guest needs by assisting the Food Server with food delivery from the kitchen and addressing guest requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
  • Assist in the clearing, cleaning, and arrangement of tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service in a discreet manner; greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure exceptional service.
  • Anticipate guest needs, gauge satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  • Support in stocking linens, china, glassware, silverware, and food items for service; assist in the preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
  • Help in the breakdown, cleaning, and arrangement of buffets and food stations.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role within a luxury environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in communication and computer skills is essential.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States is required for successful candidates.

Schedule & Hours:

• The hospitality industry operates seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, and scheduled days and times may vary based on operational needs.
