About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar Back to join our team at Mina's Fish House, a luxury restaurant located within our Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the bar team in setting up for service and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Provide exceptional support to our bartenders during service, ensuring that all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Candidate should have at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position in a luxury environment.
  • Must be experienced in the areas of communication and computer skills.
  • Candidate should have knowledge of recipe development and execution.
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
