About the Role:

The Pool & Beach Food Runner plays a vital role in our service team, reporting to the Pool & Beach Leadership Team. This position is responsible for meeting guest needs by assisting the Pool & Beach Service Attendant with food delivery from the kitchen and fulfilling guest requests. We seek enthusiastic, experienced customer service professionals who possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to pool and beach areas.
  • Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables and pool chairs for service.
  • Greet guests in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
  • Help stock linens, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service.
  • Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and setup of food stations.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
  • Experience of at least 3 months to 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • A passion for service is a must.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States is required.
