About the Role:
The Pool & Beach Food Runner plays a vital role by supporting the Pool & Beach Leadership Team and fulfilling guest needs through the efficient delivery of food from the kitchen and addressing guest requests. We seek enthusiastic and experienced customer service professionals who possess outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for hospitality. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to designated pool and beach areas.
- Assist in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables and pool chairs for service.
- Greet guests in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Help stock linens, silverware, utensils, towels, and food items for service.
- Assist in the breakdown, cleaning, and setup of food stations.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is required.
- Experience of at least 3 months to 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- A genuine passion for service is a must.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Legal work authorization in the United States is necessary.

Schedule & Hours:
The hospitality industry operates seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, and scheduled shifts may vary based on operational needs.
