Job Title: Regional Landscape Account Manager

Brilar LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Landscape Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our national clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales volume and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our national clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management in the commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal industry
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
