Position Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Vensure Employer Services, you will play a pivotal role in assisting hotel clients as they transition from conventional practices to a cutting-edge digital platform. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and align with client objectives and challenges.
  • Boost client Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and ensure comprehensive purchase channeling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Lead success planning initiatives and conduct Executive Business Reviews.
  • Guide users on how to fully leverage our offerings.
  • Evaluate client spending, savings, and engagement with the platform.
  • Track product adoption metrics, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • Collect and communicate client feedback to internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to enhance the client experience.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to foster client relationships and manage service lifecycles.
  • Experience in guiding clients to maximize product benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Leadership qualities that demonstrate assertiveness, problem-solving capabilities, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in hotel operations, particularly in Food & Beverage, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Customer Success platforms is beneficial.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a Customer Success or Customer Onboarding role.
