Therapy Services Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Therapy Services Coordinator to join our team at Jewish Family Services of Greater Charlotte. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical field and two years of post-graduate experience providing direct service to children, adults, and families. NC State licensure as LCSW is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Therapy Coordination: Coordinate therapy sessions, develop treatment plans, and evaluate client progress.
  • Case Management: Assess client needs, develop short-term and long-term goals, and coordinate services.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in on-call rotation, confer with clergy and community professionals, and provide education to the community.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and electronic health records.
