Job Summary: Human Resources Coordinator - Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the payroll operations team.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to confidentiality standards.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll software, including Workday.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
