**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with potential clients and helping our sales team exceed revenue targets by creating sales meetings and opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create engaging content to help break through the noise and establish effective outreach cadences
- Respond, engage, and qualify leads and inquiries
- Exceed daily client engagement goals through phone, email, and social media touches
- Cold prospect and find new contacts and accounts
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around our offerings
- Monitor sales-created deals and brainstorm ways to help move deals through the sales process
- Establish effective cold-calling tactics and strategies
- Communicate with prospects and coordinate their calendars with our sales team
- Work closely with our Client Strategy Director to pass off opportunities
**Requirements**
- At least one year of professional sales experience, or equivalent experience in a leadership role in retail, customer service, or another corporate environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- A confident and determined outlook
- Resilience - the ability to cope with rejection

- Being coachable is a must
