Key Duties:
- Training & Development: Engage in a month of shadowing, followed by continuous training designed to help you achieve your full potential.
- Daily Activities: Ensure that your daily efforts are focused on revenue-generating tasks that you will be trained on.
- Client Engagement: Interact with potential buyers, present property options, and offer expert guidance on renovations and NetWorth Price Opinions (NPO) to assist in their decision-making.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Transaction Coordination: Use our proprietary software to streamline processes and monitor transactions; collaborate with title companies to facilitate smooth closings.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with both new and existing clients to foster successful business interactions.
- Networking: Continuously expand your client network through proactive outreach and networking efforts.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License: Candidates must possess an active license in their state. We will consider individuals who are in the process of obtaining their license, provided it is secured before starting employment.
- Sales Skills: Comfort in engaging with individuals both over the phone and in person, fostering personal and professional relationships.
- Motivation: A strong desire to excel in a commission-based role, understanding that success takes time.
- Integrity: Commitment to adhering to company guidelines, mission, and core values is essential.
- Full-Time Availability: This position requires a full-time commitment, including time, dedication, and effort to achieve success.

Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Sales (Inside/Outside)
- Compensation Structure: Commission-based with opportunities for bonuses and incentives, including company trips, cash rewards, lunches, contests, etc.
- Income Potential: Average On-Target Earnings (OTE) for the first year is projected at $89,000, with high achievers having the potential to earn significantly more.
