We are seeking skilled professionals for our Account Management Teams to foster business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships both within Walmart's Merchandising divisions and with our supplier partners.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to navigate and manage shared value propositions, risks, and advantages while facilitating communication and collaboration with stakeholders to address challenges, resolve conflicts, and achieve business goals with our offerings. This individual should excel in influencing and persuading diverse teams within Walmart and with external partners.

- Ability to drive the execution of various business strategies and initiatives by identifying customer and operational requirements.

- Documenting and sharing success stories, case studies, and examples of insights application derived from our products.
- Providing valuable feedback to the product team with a focus on supplier and merchant perspectives.
- Building and maintaining cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders within Walmart to drive business advancement.
- Identifying, developing, securing, and renewing significant partnership or client opportunities in a B2B context; overseeing the complete lifecycle of supplier partner engagement, deal-making, and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in business development, market development, product development, or a similar area.
- Alternatively, 4 years of experience in business development, market development, product development, or a related field.
- Experience with third-party data or insights providers (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, 84.51, dunnhumby).
- Experience as a merchant in analytics, insights, or operations within Walmart or other major retailers.
- Familiarity with Retail Link, SQL, and/or Alteryx.
