About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at State Farm - Vivian M Suarez.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build strong relationships with customers and follow up as needed to ensure their satisfaction.
  2. Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  3. Upskill to operate a business efficiently and effectively.
  4. Ensure a well-equipped office that meets customer needs and promotes relevant products.

  • Experience in customer service required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
