Office Manager and Administrative Assistant

**Job Description**
Amerantbank is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach. This role will provide comprehensive support to our Executive Team and other senior executives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant and 3 years as an office manager. A degree in any business discipline is required, along with strong decision-making capability and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per year, plus benefits. If you are a highly organized and proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
- Manage the day-to-day building operations, including administration of kitchen, supply stocking, branded merchandise, booking conference rooms, shipping, inventory, organizing workspaces and facilities improvements
- Work with building management and Physical Security to review and approve access levels of staff throughout the building
- Coordinate building-wide file purges and similar efforts to declutter space
