Job SummaryThe Office Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality, representing the Relive brand at all times. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, develop organizational procedures, and ensure compliance with insurance, business, medical, and legal requirements.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily office operations, providing regular updates to management and owners.
- Develop and implement effective systems for office personnel, sales teams, and filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll, scheduling, and sales compensation.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state legislation, as well as insurance, business, medical, and legal regulations.
- Project manage new processes and technology implementations.
- Manage vendor relationships, order supplies and equipment, and provide training and education to staff.
- Promote a culture of confidentiality, protecting patient rights and maintaining the security of personal and financial information.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Leadership skills, including motivation, discipline, and conflict resolution.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to find efficiencies, problem-solve, and assist with challenges as they arise.
- Multi-tasking abilities, with minimal supervision, flexibility, and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to deadlines.
- A working knowledge of Excel and technology savvy.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
