Job Summary

The Office Manager plays a critical role in maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality, representing the Relive brand at all times. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations, develop organizational procedures, and ensure compliance with insurance, business, medical, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, providing regular updates to management and owners.
  • Develop and implement effective systems for office personnel, sales teams, and filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll, scheduling, and sales compensation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state legislation, as well as insurance, business, medical, and legal regulations.
  • Project manage new processes and technology implementations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, order supplies and equipment, and provide training and education to staff.
  • Promote a culture of confidentiality, protecting patient rights and maintaining the security of personal and financial information.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • Leadership skills, including motivation, discipline, and conflict resolution.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to find efficiencies, problem-solve, and assist with challenges as they arise.
  • Multi-tasking abilities, with minimal supervision, flexibility, and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to deadlines.
  • A working knowledge of Excel and technology savvy.
Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
