Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Operations Manager to join our team at Express Employment Professionals in West Palm Beach. As an Office Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and facility maintenance. You will also provide administrative support to our management team and ensure that all office tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
  • Inventory Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our work facilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide timely and efficient administrative support to our management team
  • Office Tasks: Perform various office duties, including data entry, mail distribution, and supply ordering

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
